The research method used in this study was descriptive method, the population of this study was 20 grade II teachers at SD Negeri Region IV. This study aims to find out how the teacher's efforts in overcoming the difficulties of learning to read for grade II elementary school students in Region IV DKI Jakarta. This research is motivated by a situation where there are students who have difficulty learning to read early in class II SD Negeri Region IV Pasar Minggu District.
